Adelphi Films - A unique collection of British films from the 1940s and 1950s. Ronnie Corbett, Diana Dors, Fred Emney, Spike Milligan, Peter Sellers, Joan Sims and many other stalwarts of British entertainment all made early appearances in some of their films. Some lovely images from these "lost" films on show here.

American Widescreen Museum - Wonderful web site on the development of wide screen film and cinema

British Film Collector's Convention - Thanks to the hard work of Keith Wilton of Filmtek and his colleagues, twice a year, in Ealing Town Hall - the place to be for anyone who loves collecting, projecting or watching movies.

Cartoon Research - Intensely browsable site for lovers of animated cartoons compiled by full time cartoon researcher Jerry Beck. Lots of info and lovely title frames from cartoon shorts.

Cine Film to DVD Info - Basic information if you are thinking of having a go yourself! Thanks to Ray for the info.

Cinema Theatre Association - For enthusiasts of cinema architecture. Ah; those wonderful movie palaces!

Cinema Treasures - Excellent American based site dedicated to "movie theater preservation and awareness". Includes a good selection of UK cinemas including the greatly missed Odeon Marble Arch (before its thoughtless chopping up into 5 auditoria!).

Classic Home Cinema - Super 8mm film distributors, Cine Equipment, Film Memorabilia - always something of interest on their large sales lists. Still releasing new titles on Super 8mm!

Derann Film Services - For over 40 years Derann has been the pre-eminent UK-based distributor of Super 8mm Films, with customers all over the world. Check out their excellent web site where you can sign up for monthly email's of Super 8mm and 16mm films sales lists

DRH Projection Screens - You're not still projecting your movies on the wall or a white sheet are you?

The 8mm Film Format Meta Directory - Comprehensive listings of companies and organizations dealing in 8mm Films and equipment and related services - someone has done their homework here - indispensable!

The 8mm Shed Shop - Have a movie, slide or overhead projector that needs servicing? Check out John White's site. We have had favourable comments as to the service he offers from his shed deep in darkest Stanmore.

Flat Screen TV Richer Sounds - The UK's Hi-Fi, Home Cinema & Flat Panel Tv Specialists!

Filmtek - Not only producers and distributors of highly entertaining videos of interest to film collectors, home cinema lovers and cheesy trailer aficionados, but also the place for film to video transfers.

In 70mm - Splendid site devoted to the magical film gauge of 70mm.

Lees Cameras - We miss their shop which was always chock-full of movie and a.v. gear but the legend lives on at this website at which the venerable Mr Lees is still trading! Try this site for Super 8mm and 16mm cameras and projectors; audio-visual gear; accessories; projector lamps; screens and other photographic requisites.

Luton Movie Makers - If you live in the Luton area and are interested in meeting with other film makers, whatever format or film gauge you use, then you should log on to their website, email: moviemakers@freeuk.com or call Paul Clarke on 01582 508616
